Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 3 day return/refund policy, so if in the unlikely event that the items you ordered do not meet your expectations, please let us know within 3 days from receiving the item(s). We aim to make all Jezer customers happy, not only with the items they are receiving, but also with the service they receive from us. Please email us at info@jezerfit.com to start an exchange or return.
For returns/refunds: We do require with each return, an email with the order number, a detailed description of reason for return, and item(s) purchased. Please email us at info@jezerfit.com to start a return. A complimentary return shipping label is covered by us ONE TIME per order for any return or exchange. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
For exchanges: In the event an exchange is needed, please email us at info@jezerfit.com for instructions on how to start an exchange.
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return unwanted items to us (please note, that you must first contact us within the 3 day period mentioned above). You must return it to us in the original condition.
*Please also note that in order to receive a full refund or an exchange, all items must be returned on time and to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. *Please keep proof of your purchase. Note: All items will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
